RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to law, article 5 D. Lgs 1571/92 n° 50, GIUSEPPE MAIMONE EDITORE recognises the buyer has the right to return the goods contained in this package.
The buyer may exercise this entitlement, in accordance with law, within 7 (seven) days after receiving the goods, under forfeiture after expiration of this period.

RULES FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer wishing to exercise the right of the article 5 D. Lgs n°50/92 , should scrupulously observe the following requisites:

# Send a registered letter to: Giuseppe Maimone Editore, Via A. di Sangiuliano, 278 – 95124 Catania, specifying that you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal and list your current account number, CAB code, ABI code, name of the bank and branch number, so that a bank transfer may be issued.

# Send the goods in your possession, WHOLE and UNUSED within and not after seven days after date of receipt (proof of mailing by the postmark) immediately back to: Giuseppe Maimone Editore, Via A. di Sangiuliano, 278 – 95124 Catania.
GIUSEPPE MAIMONE EDITORE, as provided for by the above law, will, within terms of the law (ensuring the fulfilment of conditions of the right of withdrawal by the customer) reimburse the buyer the sum paid for the purchase of the same goods, after shipping costs.

THE BUYER IS OBLIGED TO SEND THE GOODS BACK TO GIUSEPPE MAIMONE EDITORE, VIA A. DI SANGIULIANO, 278 – 95124 CATANIA, BY CARRIER OR POSTAGE PAID REGISTERED MAIL. IN NO CASE WILL CASH ON DELIVERY OR CARRIAGE FORWARD PACKAGES BE ACCEPTED.
